About Gayle
I am one of the founding members of The Poppy Series, it is the first ever women’s disc golf series. I am president of the Sierra Tahoe Series. I run about 15 tournaments per year. I love glow golf! I have a dog, her name is Rogue. I love to travel and go on adventures everywhere. I live in Reno, NV but my heart lives in California, where you will find me playing disc golf or camping most of the time!

Strongest part of your game? What needs work?
My midrange game seems to be my strongest, my Quake gets me there. Weakest part of my game is my putting, since breaking my finger it has been a game changer. I learned to play left handed and really forgot how to putt. The turbo putting has helped keep it straight, just need a bit more distance.
Best tip for a new player?
Play doubles locally. It’s the fastest way to meet local players and get help with your game and the rules. Pay a pro for some lessons, they have the experience when it counts to improve distance and accuracy.
