About Ezra
I’m 20 years old and I’m currently at UCLA studying Ethnomusicology in the Herb Alpert School of Music. I’m a drummer/percussionist and I also release my own music under the name “Ezzie the Scribe” (check it out!). I’ve been surrounded by disc golf since birth thanks to my dad, Rob Hapner #17088, and my uncle, hall of famer Marty Hapner #4033. Still working on building my criminal record but for now it’s clean.

Strongest part of your game? What needs work?
I’m good at throwing the disc and hitting lines. I’m definitely weakest in the putting department.
Best tip for a new player?
Learn how to throw mids and putters straight before moving on to drivers. It’s tempting to throw a driver because you want to throw further but developing your form first with a slower disc will make a driver a much more useful tool in the future.
