Thank you for your orders. Our apologies for the shipping trouble your experiencing. Your order is currently in Clevland, OH., and is facing USPS delays. When tracking your purchase, the USPS site portal only informs us of the delay, but not the orders ETA. Unfortunately, all of our shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) are experiencing heavy holiday traffic and delays.
