Description

The DGA Banzai fairway driver can be best described as the overstable counterpart to DGA’s popular driver, the Pipeline. The names for both discs are derived from the iconic Hawaiian surf break, the Banzai Pipeline. With a straight flight out the hand and a dependable overstable finish, the Banzai will quickly become your new trusted choice for backhand or forehand fairway drives.

About Drivers

Are you looking for the best disc golf drivers? DGA’s fairway and distance drivers are designed specifically to not only take your drives further, but to be controllable, fun to throw, feel great and look sweet!

Drivers should not just be fast but controllable and feel great in your hands!

DGA drivers are unique discs because our priorities and efforts are spent designing distance and fairway drivers that are controllable and fun to throw. Our specially crafted fairway and distance drivers give you the speed, distance, control, and confidence you need to land your shots.

DGA’s faraway and distance drivers range from easy-to-control 150 class fairway discs great for the recreational player just starting out, to high-performance advanced technical fairway & distance drivers for avid and pro players.

What is a disc golf fairway or distance driver and how is a driver different from other disc golf discs?

Disc golf drivers are designed for fast long-distance throws. Drivers are recognizable by their sharp, beveled edge and have most of their mass on the outer rim of the disc. Drivers are often divided into different categories such as maximum distance drivers, distance drivers, and fairway drivers. Drivers are a more advanced disc to throw when compared to midrange discs and putters. Players new to disc golf may find that throwing a distance driver can be difficult.
