The Banzai can be best described as the overstable counterpart to DGA’s popular driver, the Pipeline. The names for both discs are derived from the iconic Hawaiian surf break, the Banzai Pipeline. With a straight flight out the hand and a dependable overstable finish, the Banzai will quickly become your new trusted choice for backhand or forehand fairway drives.

VERY impressed with this mold, and it's just what DGA needed in their lineup. Out of the box it's pretty beefy but loosens up into a perfect stable workhorse fairway that you can rip flat. Very similar to a GL Spark or beefy Eagle, and forehands as good as those beautiful molds, as well. HIGHLY recommended. Numbers: 7-8, 4, 0, 2.5-3

If you're looking for a disc more overstable than the Pipeline, but that will go further than the Hellfire, the Banzai fits that spot in your bag. I find the DGA Banzai very consistent for both backhand and forehand throws. It's stable, and will always fade. It's great for spike hyzers, and headwinds. It's just a consistent overstable disc that's available in DGA's quality Proline plastc. It's not "utility only" overstable, but unless you have a cannon for an arm you're not going to get a ton of distance with the Banzai. That's about all I have to say about the Banzai.

Straight flying disc. I use this disc when I teach basic forehands and short backhand throws. Good multi-purpose disc.
