Rogue Distance Driver
[ Speed 11, Glide 4, Turn -1, Fade 1 ]
The DGA Rogue distance driver is one of DGA’s premier high-speed disc golf drivers that combines control and distance while maintaining a predictable flight path. Unlike some drivers the Rogue isn’t limited by arm speed and is great from low to high speed throws. For low to medium arm speeds, this driver works perfectly for straight shots that do not require significant fade and can it can also be used for long turnovers. With higher arm speed throws the Rogue is perfect for any flip-to-flat line, narrow tunnel drives, as well as the huge flex shots. The DGA Rogue distance driver is a solid choice for people looking for a driver that gives them a lot of flexibility out on the course.
- Great speed with control
- Long sweeping S-Curves
- Increased Glide with predictable flight
The DGA Rogue is a good introduction to wider-rimmed discs and is similar in flight charcteristics to the Discraft Surge SS or an Innova Star Wraith (broken in). The Rogue I have is in the ProLine plastic, a superior plastic similar to the Star (Innova) plastic with a long break in period. The Rogue handles all but severe headwinds and seems appropriate to my power levels (300 feet max) I have also had good luck using this disc as a max-distance roller, too. I have no problems recommending this disc to intermediate and up golfers. DGA is a small company started by the late Ed Headrick (001)

Rogue is still my favorite driver. I was carving some beautiful sidearm drives today. On an anhyzer release, it produces long sweeping S-curves. When I release it low and flat, the Rogue has just enough high speed turn to flip up and glide straight for a long time, until diving into the ground. I might be taking this disc to my next tournament. GREAT DISC

The Rogue is simply an amazing disc! It is very controllable. You can make it fade, turnover or put it on an S-Curve. In my opinion, it’s a great first “wide-rimmed” driver for advancing players. I always carry two. One 167g super beat-in, for turnovers. And one fresher one for more stable shots.

SP: Stable, straight flying for 330 feet to 360 feet and then fade left at the end (up to 400 feet). Can throw a massive flex shot without the wind for maximum distance (up to about 420 feet).
Proline: Stable to slightly understable. These discs naturally “S” out of my hand.

Incredible disc that holds a great “S” Line

The SP Line Rogue is one of the most dependable and consistent drivers I have ever thrown. It has enough stability to handle headwinds and gives me a nice “S” flight when I release it with slight anhyzer. When thrown flat, it is a straight flier that finishes left with predictable fade. Must have disc for any bag!

The Rogue is a great control distance driver. It's not the longest wide rimmed driver, but when you need something faster than a fairway driver, but still need some control, the rogue is it. The SP and the ProLine are great molds. The SP has a touch more high speed stability than the ProLine version.
